Subprocessors

Only necessary infrastructure and connector vendors touch firm data.

This page lists the infrastructure and vendor categories Case Yield uses for audit intake, attribution reporting, and approved connector workflows.

Core infrastructure

  • Supabase for database, authentication, row-level security, and server-side data storage.
  • Vercel for application hosting, routing, builds, logs, and edge delivery.
  • Resend for transactional email and Microsoft Teams webhooks for operational alerts when configured.

AI providers

  • AI stays disabled until an operator-approved provider key is configured for the deployment.
  • Supported provider details depend on the firm's selected deployment and environment.
  • AI vendors are used for revenue-intelligence tasks only, not legal advice.

Connector systems

  • Ad, analytics, call tracking, intake, CRM, case-management, payment, and finance systems connect only when authorized.
  • Native connector availability depends on vendor API access and implementation status.
  • Assisted imports and CSV/webhook fallbacks reduce pressure to grant unnecessary access.

Change notice

  • Material subprocessors are documented before they process private-pilot client data.
  • Security-critical vendor changes must preserve or improve tenant isolation and access control.
  • Subprocessor questions can be sent to hello@trycaseyield.com.

Case Yield supports revenue attribution and intake intelligence only. It does not provide legal advice, create an attorney-client relationship, or make legal decisions for a firm.
