Terms

Case Yield is attribution software for law-firm growth teams.

These terms summarize the operating boundaries for using Case Yield during audits, imports, dashboards, and ongoing reporting.

Service scope

  • Case Yield connects marketing, intake, CRM, case-management, spend, and signed-case data.
  • Reports are business-intelligence outputs for growth, budgeting, intake, and vendor accountability.
  • Case Yield does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or attorney-client services.

Firm responsibilities

  • The firm is responsible for its own client relationships, legal decisions, compliance, and source-system access.
  • The firm must only submit data it is authorized to process and share with Case Yield.
  • The firm should review AI-assisted and attribution outputs before making sensitive decisions.

Commercial model

  • Plans include unlimited users, no legal-fee percentage, and no ad-spend percentage.
  • Commercial terms and any usage tier reviews are handled by written agreement until automated billing is released.
  • Smaller firms may use a paid diagnostic credited toward onboarding within 30 days.

Availability and changes

  • Integrations may use native connectors, assisted imports, CSV, or webhook fallback depending on vendor access.
  • Roadmap items are not guaranteed native integrations until implemented and enabled.
  • Security or reliability changes may be applied without weakening active contractual commitments.

Case Yield supports revenue attribution and intake intelligence only. It does not provide legal advice, create an attorney-client relationship, or make legal decisions for a firm.
